Uganda Honeymoon safari, gorilla trek at Bwindi and Lake Victoria holiday.

Day one:              Arrival at Entebbe international airport. Met on arrival and transfer to the nearby lodge for overnight on a bed and breakfast basis. Lake Victoria Laico is a former chain of the now defunct hotel chain of the government owned Uganda Hotels. The evening may be spent exploring the gardens or relaxing by the pool with drinks.


Day Two:             Morning breakfast at the lodge and proceed to the airport for the scheduled flight to the Bwindi Impenetrable National park where over 600 mountain gorillas live. On arrival at the airfield, your safari guide will transfer to your accommodations where you arrive in time for lunch at the Lodge overlooking the towering extinct Volcanoes that stretch through Rwanda and the Congo DRC. The evening will be spent at the lodge for acclimatization before dinner, drinks and overnight at the Clouds Mountain Gorilla Lodge.


Day Three:          Morning wakeup call and breakfast at the lodge. Later, with the assistance of the gorilla trekking guide and a couple of trackers and support people from the wildlife authority, start the day’s gorilla trekking experience following a family of the mountain gorillas in the mountains. The gorillas start their day by leaving their overnight nests on the ground, to start the day’s adventure of grooming, playing, feeding and moving through the jungle before making their next nests for the night. You will stay with the mountain gorillas at a close range of about 10 metres and will be able to take pictures for approximately one hour, before returning to the luxurious accommodations for dinner and overnight at the Clouds Mountain Gorilla Lodge.


Day Four:             Morning breakfast and transfer to the airstrip where the return scheduled flight will transfer to the Entebbe International Airport. Met on arrival at the immigrations and transfer to the waiting speedboat on Lake Victoria before heading to the private Islands of Bulago. Meals and overnight at the Pineapple Bay Lodge Lake Victoria.


Day Five:              Full day relaxing on the sandy beach on Lake Victoria enjoying the organic cocktails and fruits of the intimate private Island. You may spend the day by the pool or walk around the expansive Wild places among the secluded vantage points of scenic beauty. Meals of the huge Nile perch and the great service precedes dinner and overnight at the Pineapple Bay Lodge Lake Victoria.


Day Six:                                Morning breakfast and later, board the speedboat for the short transfer to Entebbe for the international departure flight.
